AAML is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (“FCA”) in the United Kingdom in accordance with Part 4A of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (“FSMA”) with Firm Reference Number 610729. As an FCA Authorised Firm, AAML is subject to the rules and regulations of the FCA which include rules and regulations promulgated under UK law. AAML provides discretionary portfolio management services.
AAIL
Arabesque AI Limited (“AAIL”) is a private limited liability company registered in England and Wales, with company number 12180670, and has its registered address at Jamestown Wharf, 32 Jamestown Road, London, NW1 7BY. AAIL is an Appointed Representative (“AR”) of AAML with Firm Reference Number 918785. AAIL provides investment advice and other services related to this.
ADG
Arabesque (Deutschland) GmbH (“ADG”) is a private limited liability company registered with the commercial register of the local court in Frankfurt am Main, with registration number HRB 97525 and has its office at Lindleystr. 8A, Frankfurt am Main, Germany. ADG is authorised and regulated by the Bundesanstalt für Finanzdienstleistungsaufsicht (the “BaFin”) with BaFin-ID 10157008. ADG is an investment institution within the meaning of section 1 (1) Wertpapierinstitutsgesetz (“WpIG”) and an investment services provider within the meaning of section 2 (8) Wertpapierhandelsgesetz. (“WpHG”).
AAMSPL
Arabesque Asset Management Singapore Private Limited (“AAMSPL”) is a limited liability company incorporated under the laws of Singapore, with registration number 202007745K and has its registered address at 18A Gemmill Lane, Singapore, 069255. AAMSPL is authorised and regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (“MAS”) with licence number CMS101002. AAMSPL is a Capital Markets Services Licence holder, which permits it to undertake fund management, and an exempt financial advisor permitting it to advise on investment products and other services related to this.
